Prostate Massage

What’s Prostate massage

Prostate massage is considered one of Asia’s anti-aging massages (in fact, it has long been used as a treatment in Japan). By improving blood flow to the prostate, it can help alleviate benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostatitis, and erectile dysfunction, as well as increase sexual sensitivity and ejaculatory vigor.
The internal approach consists of external stimulation of the prostate gland and direct stimulation by inserting a finger into the anus. Basically, there is no pain. Some first-time users may feel discomfort or have no sensation. Since this is a very delicate area, the procedure is performed carefully to relieve tension and avoid damaging the area.
*As fingers are inserted into the anus, I ask that the anus be cleaned beforehand (fig enema, shower enema for experienced patients, etc.). Please be aware that the presence of feces may affect the procedure slightly.
Prostate massage may be one of the reasons why Asian men have the lowest incidence of prostate cancer in the world. Recently, however, prostate cancer in Japanese men is said to be increasing rapidly. This is said to be related to Western-style diet, lifestyle, and lack of exercise.
